Eric has over ten years of M&A and private equity industry experience. Eric has sourced and completed over $350 Million in proprietary equity deployments and has participated in over $1 Billion in transaction value on behalf of private equity groups across a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products, aerospace, laboratory, and chemicals.

Eric spent ten years in merchant banking where he focused exclusively on sourcing, evaluating and consummating proprietary platform and add-on acquisitions on behalf of corporate and private equity acquirers. In addition to his investment banking experience, Eric worked directly for a middle market private equity group responsible for deal origination and investment evaluation.

Eric also served as a Business Development Executive for a venture capital focused private investment platform where he was responsible for originating and analyzing investment opportunities in the consumer products space. Eric began his career as an investment representative with the multinational banking and financial services company JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM).

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and his MBA at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
